These Terms & Conditions apply to all photography services provided by
Charles Baines Photography, operated by Olienhout LTD. By booking a photography session, event coverage, or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Photography services are confirmed upon acceptance of a quotation or written agreement. Fees are payable as outlined on your invoice, with final edited images delivered once payment has been received in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All photographs remain the intellectual property of Charles Baines Photography. Clients are granted a licence to use delivered images for personal use or agreed commercial purposes. Images may not be altered, sold, or distributed beyond the agreed usage without prior written permission.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding locations, schedules, permissions, and any specific requirements relevant to the photography services being provided.

While every reasonable effort is made to deliver services and images to the highest professional standard, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect delivery. Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services booked, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
