Professionally edited images are typically delivered within five working days. Express delivery and same-day highlight galleries are also available for clients who need content quickly.

Yes. All delivered images include a commercial licence suitable for your website, social media, marketing materials, internal communications and press releases unless otherwise agreed.
Do you photograph speakers and presentations?
Yes. I capture keynote speakers, presentations, audience engagement, networking, branding, sponsor activations and the overall atmosphere of your event.
What happens if our event overruns?
If additional coverage is required and my schedule allows, I can remain on-site at £150 per additional hour, ensuring important moments are never missed.
Are our photographs backed up?
Yes. Every event is photographed using professional equipment with built-in backup systems, and all images are securely backed up throughout the editing process for complete peace of mind.
Do you travel?
Travel within Central London is included. Events outside London are quoted individually before booking.
